Bat Tours at the South Congress Bridge

Come join our guided Kayak tour featuring the Mexican Free-tailed Bats that inhabit the South Congress Bridge.  Here is your chance to find out why Lady Bird Lake is so special and why Austin is so weird! Experience the Bats from a new and exciting angle and have fun exploring the lake. All Equipment included and basic kayak instructions provided! We will take legendary pictures of you and your group on the water and offer great recommendations on where to go and what to eat while your in Austin! 

Please note: Bat season lasts until mid October...spots are filling up fast so please make your reservation as soon as possible! :)

Details: Tour meets at 6:30 PM at the public launch point directly behind the Holiday Inn Hotel- Town Lake. (20 North Ih-35, Austin,TX,78701.)  Tour departs from our launch point at 7 PM and usually lasts 1.5-2 hours.  Water is provided.  Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet, open toed shoes and come ready to have fun! Cost is $40.00 per person. Call to ensure your spot as spaces are limited!

Join us for our 'Keep it weird' daytime Kayak tour!  A fun kayaking activity for the whole family!

Experienced tour guides Allison & Mishelle will show you Austin from the perspective of Lady Bird Lake.  Tours include great views of downtown Austin, popular Austin graffiti art, and Zilker park.  Paddle to the sounds of Austin musicians while learning about our WEIRD city and where to eat, hike & party! No kayak experience necessary... Kayaking demo, safety equipment and on-water pictures are included.  Kayaking on the lake is intermediate level exercise. Cost is $40.00 per person.
